Odoo Developer (AI Knowledge Must)
📍 Near Kakkanad Infopark, Kochi OR Thrissur, Kerala⏱ Full-time💼 1 – 4+ Years Exp
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo backend modules using Python, PostgreSQL, and ORM.
- Build reactive frontend components with the Odoo Web Library (OWL) framework.
- Integrate AI Capabilities (MUST): Build LLM API connections (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, RAG) for automated ERP processes.
- Create RESTful & JSON-RPC APIs for mobile applications (e.g. Odoo Van Sales App).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / B.Sc CS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in Python software engineering and Odoo architecture.
- Mandatory AI exposure: Demonstrated hands-on project experience with AI/LLM API integrations.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Git, XML views, and Linux server deployment.
Junior Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business requirements and perform ERP gap analysis.
- Configure standard Odoo modules: CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, and MRP.
- Assist senior consultants in client onboarding, workflow demo presentations, and UAT.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing post-implementation functional support.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Business (MBA/BBA), IT (BCA/MCA/B.Tech).
- Formal Odoo training or functional certification is a huge advantage.
- Understanding of core business accounting, inventory flow, and order management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
